The contest is for the delivery and assembly of a complete channel press of 60-80 tonnes for cardboard, plastic, and other waste, including a conveyor belt assembled 'in-line' at the contracting authority's stated address. The new channel press must be commissioned, and necessary training must be given and included in the tender price. Renovest IKS is responsible for sufficient electricity capacity in the pressing hall. Prices must also be given for a maintenance contract for the machine.

Renovest IKS currently has an older ABBA channel press that is used for pressing cardboard and plastic. We would like to part exchange the old press with the new channel press, and would also like to have the option to press other waste, such as residual waste.

The contract's value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment nor for variants. The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

A contract will be signed by 1 September 2020, with the delivery of the ready assembled and commissioned machine as soon as possible, and preferably before 1 February 2021.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one (1) tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
