The OBS Marklohe is comprehensively renovated and expanded.

For this purpose, the existing school building of the OBS Marklohe will be built except for the load-bearing

Reinforced concrete skeleton construction dismantled. The interior layout is restructured to accommodate the new

Space program and to meet the current space requirements. The exterior façade is constructed in a timber panel construction.

for the heating of the secondary school in Marklohe.

Depending on the weather conditions, presumably from:

EG = 2x hot air turbine 150 kW

OG 1 = 2x Warm air turbine 150 kW

OG 2 = 1x Warm air turbine 150 kW
