The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in “Reception and development of municipal waste from owners of resident property and property on which the cottage is located or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka — Applies to Sector I covering the area of sołectw: Borowe, Bieżeń, Bór Zapilski, Czarna Wieś, Lake, Puszczew, Węglowice”.

Waste management is intended to ensure that adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste are achieved in a given calendar year and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from owners of resident property and property on which the cottage is located or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka — Sector I.

1) The subject of the order includes:

(a) leasing containers for mixed and segregated waste (biowaste, glass) and equipment of the property with bags for segregated waste (metals, plastic and plastics and paper) according to individual fractions for owners of resident property and property on which there is a cottage or other property used for recreational and recreational purposes located in the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka — Sector I. The leasing of containers will cover the entire period of execution of the order,

(b) carrying out reporting in accordance with the applicable rules,

(c) waste management with the indicators of recovery or disposal of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the Act

on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities in the field of received municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and the property on which the cottage is located or other property used for recreational and recreational purposes located in the Municipality of Wręczyca United — Sector I,

(d) in accordance with Article 9e (1) of the Act on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, The receiver of municipal waste on the basis of a contract with the owner of the property is obliged to transfer received from property owners: selectively collected municipal waste directly or for by another waste collector for the installation of waste recovery or disposal, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways of handling waste referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December

2012 on waste; unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste directly to municipal installation.

(e) carrying out educational shares, in the quantity indicated in the offer form, the subject of which will be promoted and the determination of rules for selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with applicable regulations), by developing and delivering to each of the owners inhabited properties and real estate on which the cottage is located, or other property used for recreational and recreational purposes located on the territory of the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka — Sector I, information leaflet. The content, the graphic design and the date of service to residents of the leaflet must be agreed with and approved by the Ordering Party. Minimum dimensions of the leaflet developed are A-5 format, minimum text font size - 11 points, the leaflet must be printed in colour, the quantity of leaflets delivered must correspond to the amount of property subject to the obligation to receive municipal waste in accordance with this agreement, included in the list The Ordering Party, taking into account the new collection points that will be created during the implementation of the service (if the educational action has already been carried out — for new points the leaflet should be delivered on the day of equipping the property with the required containers).

Sector I includes the following villages: Borowe, Bieżeń, Bor Zapilski, Czarna Wieś, Lake, Puszczew, Węglowice.

Estimated number of households from which waste will be received and developed — 1181 farms.

Estimated amount of waste to be received and developed during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract — 1400 Mg.
