1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the area of the city of Kwidzyn from the owners of real estate where residents live.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex A to the SWZ

13. The Contractor will collect waste selectively collected from single-family housing in marked bags of blue, yellow, green, brown and gray. The exception is biodegradable waste (excluding green waste), which the Contractor will collect from brown containers marked with the inscription "Bio". 14. The Contracting Authority shall deliver bags for selective waste collection to the Contractor, which the Contractor will transfer to property owners, to PSZOK at 7 Owcza Street and to the Municipal Office in Kwidzyn. The bags will be delivered to the Contractor and handed over on the basis of the protocol. 15. The Contractor is obliged to leave the number of blue, yellow, green, gray and brown bags that the property owner has put up for collection. 16. The Contractor shall be obliged, on the written instruction of the Contracting Entity, to provide residents with information materials on the proper segregation of waste. 17. The Contractor will collect waste selectively collected from multi-family buildings from containers marked with the inscription "Metals and plastics", "Paper", "Glass", "Bio", "Ash". The exception is green waste, which the Contractor will collect in brown bags marked with the inscription "Bio-green waste". The places of placing containers for selective collection of municipal waste are specified in Annex 4 to the Agreement. 18. The Contractor shall regularly supplement the missing or damaged stickers on the containers for the collection of selective waste that it receives from the Contracting Entity. 19. After the end of the heating season, the Contractor shall padlock the ash collection containers on the date of the last export of this fraction.
