Provision of a compact grade-separated junction on the N17 national road at Lisduff, Claremorris, Co Mayo. The proposed junction will facilitate all traffic movements between N17 National Primary road, R320 Regional Road and L5565-0 Meelick More Road and includes the following:

- Provision of overbridge over existing N17;

- Realignment of existing N17 West / R320 junction;

- Provision of N17 East junction with compact connector road to proposed eastern roundabout;

- Provision of link road including overbridge between existing R320 regional road and proposed eastern roundabout;

- Provision of link road to L5565-0 Meelick More Road;

- Provision of 2 no. roundabouts;

- Provision of local collector road for properties on L5565-0 Meelick More Road, and

- Closure of the existing N17 / L-5565-0 Meelick More Road junction.

- Provision of 0.31 km link road including overbridge between existing R320 regional road and proposed eastern roundabout;

- Provision of 0.54 km link to L5565-0 Meelick More Road;

- Provision of 2 no. roundabouts, on existing R320 Regional Road and at junction of N17 East compact connector, L5565-0 Link and R320 Link;

- Provision of local collector road for properties on L5565-0 Meelick More Road with a junction on realigned L5565-0 road, and

- Closure of the existing N17 / L-5565-0 Meelick More Road junction.

The Works will include, but are not limited to the following;

- Erection of site offices, establishment of site compounds, welfare facilities and the like;

- Site clearance;

- Erection of boundary fencing in and adjacent to properties;

- Installation of vehicle restraint systems;

- Installation of drainage systems, including attenuation ponds, culverts, headwalls and outfalls;

- Earthworks, including excavation and disposal of unacceptable material;

- Pavement works;

- Kerbs, footways and paved areas;

- Public lighting at the two roundabouts

- Installation of signs, road markings and associated equipment;

- Accommodation works including construction of vehicular accesses and ancillary accommodation works;

- Landscaping works;

- Diversion of services/utilities;

- Environmental mitigation measures;

- Traffic management and other ancillary works.

The works will involve working on and adjacent to a live National Road (N17)
