The contracting authority will establish a 2-year framework agreement for the purchase of the service installation of electronic door locks and electronic key boxes as well as the necessary additional equipment. The contract will also include service and maintenance. The contracting authority can extend the contract for one year + one year.

The contracting authority has an ongoing roll-out project where the current key system used for the home service is to be replaced with electronic door locks and electronic key boxes. There are estimated to be approximately 1400 locks in total, which includes residential doors and shared doors. As of now, approximately 300 electronic locks have been installed. The contracting authority would like to complete the installation of the remaining door locks. There is no guarantee for the stated volume.

The contracting authority would like to obtain a service for the installation, service and maintenance, dismantling and storage of electronic door locks and electronic key boxes. Service and maintenance includes battery replacement, among other things. The contracting authority must also have the opportunity to purchase additional equipment that is necessary for the installation of electronic door locks on doors that are not a standard model.
