APHA requires the following level of service as listed against each Equipment / serial number
Service Description: “RC Site MDTV PM”
− Includes one (1) onsite Planned Maintenance per year during which Multiplex Dynamic Temperature Verification (MDTV) service will be performed.
− Digital remote support, and access to technical support (Monday - Friday,
standard business hours).
Service Description: “AB Assurance 1PM”
− One (1) Planned Maintenance service visit per annum.
− Includes all parts, labour and travel for unlimited breakdowns.
− One calibration kit for qPCR instruments.
− Fast Response time - Engineer on site usually within 48 working hours for
breakdowns (guaranteed on site in 72 working hours).
− Free access to Technical and Application Support Helplines.
− Guaranteed call back within three (3) working hours for breakdowns.
Service Description: “AB RC Support Plus Site MDTV PM”
− Includes unlimited breakdowns throughout the service plan period.
