Police Zone Antwerp is looking for a manufacturer who can produce and supply a safety helmet with communication and respiratory protection (gas mask) for the Antwerp Police Zone built from integrated components. The manufacturer shall be ISO 9001 certified for both the production and assembly of helmets and shall be an EMAS-registered organisation that has set up an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 761/2001.
The attestation of conformity to the VPAM KDIW2004 version 18/05/2011 must be demonstrated with a certificate (test report) issued by a VPAM approved research centre. The aim is to achieve the highest possible classification of the various components of the standard.
It concerns a purchase divided into six items:
• GBOR-helm
• Respiratory protection with filter
• Carrier bags
• Maintenance contract for respiratory protection and filters
• [Allowed Option] Communication System
