The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection fire protection, forest tourist development, meadow management, maintenance of small retention reservoirs, road maintenance, and logging and skidding, to be carried out in the Śnieżka Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection fire protection, forest tourist development, meadow management, maintenance of small retention reservoirs, maintenance of roads as well as logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR. The material ranges listed in Annex 3 are estimates.
