Offering Framework Agreement for Image and Potential Analysis

VisitDenmark offers a non-exclusive 2-year framework agreement with the option of extension for 2 x 1 years regarding the collection of data on foreign tourists' holiday behaviour, holiday plans, knowledge of domestic and foreign holiday destinations, etc. The data collection will take the form of web interviews once a year in a given period of the 1st quarter of the year, and consists of an expected 10,600 annual interviews distributed across the markets Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Greater London, Milan, Rome, Paris and Denmark.

VisitDenmark has an option to purchase interviews in the New York and Los Angeles markets. VisitDenmark also has the option to prepare country reports in Danish and prepare dashboards.

VisitDenmark is Denmark's national tourism organisation. VisitDenmark's task is to market Denmark as a destination in order to attract foreign holiday and meeting guests who can increase earnings in the tourism industry as well as create revenue and employment in Danish society. The marketing takes place in close collaboration with the tourism industry and other key private and public actors. VisitDenmark offers a non-exclusive 2-year framework agreement with the option to extend for 2 x 1 years regarding the collection of data on foreign tourists' holiday behaviour, holiday plans, knowledge of domestic and foreign holiday destinations, etc. The data collection will take the form of web interviews once a year in a given period of the 1st quarter of the year, and is expected to consist of 10,600 annual interviews distributed across the markets Germany (2,000), Norway (800), Sweden (800), The Netherlands (1,500), Greater London (1,000), Milan (1,000), Rome (1,000), Paris (1,000) and Denmark (1,500). VisitDenmark has an option to purchase interviews in the New York (2,000) and Los Angeles (1,000) markets. Questionnaires prepared by VisitDenmark are used. The indicative draft questionnaire is published as Annex 1a. The expected interview time is approximately 15 minutes. Data must be provided in SPSS. In addition, a comprehensive table report must be provided in Excel, which is defined by VisitDenmark. VisitDenmark also has the option to prepare country reports in Danish and prepare dashboards.

VisitDenmark has chosen not to divide into separate framework agreements, as the service, for market and economic reasons, only makes sense to offer as a whole. The agreement contains only one task, which is carried out once a year. The task is of a size where it will lack sense to involve more companies. In addition, it is also crucial for data use that the web panel is not changed too often.
