The scope of the tender concerns 24/7, 365 days a year, with national coverage for cleaning graffiti and miscellaneous NS trains. This includes:

A) remove the interior and exterior from graffiti;

(B) cleaning after accidents involving humans and/or animals;

(C) the provision and maintenance of head washers on platforms throughout the country;

D) manual or mechanical cleaning of heads, front and closing signals, front windows and/or side walls.

Regular internal train cleaning Main rail network and International and all building and workshop related cleaning are not covered by the assignment.
