The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the city and commune of Ostrzeszów, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9. 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454), Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended as amended), the provisions of the WPGO adopted by resolution of the Parliament of the Greater Poland Voivodship No. XXXI / 810/2017 of 29.5.2017 and local law.

1. The subject of the order called "Collection and management of municipal waste from the city and commune of Ostrzeszów" is a service consisting of:

1) Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live and from owners of real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste arises, along with the delivery of waste containers to the property and their delivery to the owner of the property in accordance with the Maintenance Regulations cleanliness and order in the commune adopted by the City Council of Ostrzeszów and the resolution on the method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste,

2) Establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and the collection and management of municipal waste collected therein,

3) Collection of municipal problem waste,

4) collecting municipal waste from organized events,

5) Waste collection in public places not intended for collection, storage or storage

- from the city and commune of Ostrzeszów, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on keeping cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454), Act of 14.122012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended), provisions of the WPGO adopted by resolution Sejmik of the Wielkopolska Voivodship No. XXXI / 810/2017 of 29.5.2017 and local law.
