The finalization of the previous contract and the readjustment of the donation campaign planning, forces to start a new contracting procedure, therefore the BST proposes that a file be initiated for the hiring of the following service: driving of the participating vehicles in the numerous campaigns of donation of blood and other additional and / or complementary elements, destined to obtain blood, and that are carried out by the populations of the whole Catalan territory and Principality of Andorra.
