The contract has as its object the management of the cash service of the University of Perugia, hereinafter referred to as "University", by a credit institution, referred to in articles 13 and 14 of Legislative Decree. 385/1993 and subsequent amendments and additions or by another subject referred to in Article 16 of Ministerial Decree no. 44 of 01.02.2001, hereinafter called "Cashier Institute". The service includes the management of all financial flows as well as support for the institutional activities of the University.

The Cash Service consists of all the operations related to financial management and, in particular, to the collection of revenue of any kind, the payment of all expenses, credit assistance and the preparation of telematic connections between its data network and that of the University and related obligations, provided for by laws, statutory and regulatory provisions in compliance with the law, concerning the single treasury system for public bodies and bodies, referred to in Law 29/10/1984 n. 720 and subsequent amendments and additions.

The service also includes activities related to the deposit, custody, management of titles owned by the University, as well as advice on financial, tax and technical matters on matters relating to the cash service.
