The missions cover all the work carried out on the aeronautical areas of the Orange BA 115, by the following entities:

- A general works contractor within the framework of a works contract whose representative of the contracting authority of the contract is: the State - Ministry of the Armed Forces - establishment of the Defence Infrastructure Service (E.S.I.D) of Lyon, contracting authority of the operation;

- The 25th Air Engineer Regiment (25°rga) under management, as part of an agreement with the esid of Lyon, contracting authority of the operation, for which the materials, equipment and products are the subject of a supply contract with lots.
