Provision of company health services for Nettbuss, with an option for other companies in the NSB Group. The contract will involve:

(a) the provision of company health services for Nettbuss AS;

(b) option for the delivery of company health services, with the exception of statutory health checks, to other parts of NSB.

The NSB Group will enter into a delivery contract for company health services.

The contract will involve.

(a) the provision of company health services for Nettbuss AS;

(b) option for the delivery of company health services, with the exception of statutory health checks, to other parts of NSB. The other companies in the NSB Group in addition to Nettbuss currently have other suppliers for company health services. These will consider triggering the option in the agreement that will be entered into at later times, but shall be free to choose other suppliers.
