The acquisition is subject to the distribution service of access to the SaaS software service produced by one (1) responsible SaaS software vendor, as well as support, expert and maintenance services (SASE, or Secure Access Service Edge) under the terms specified in this RFQ and its attachments.

The contents of the distribution and support services of the SaaS software service permissions subject to acquisition are described in more detail in Appendix 2 (Description of the Acquisition) to the request for tender and other tender documents. Making an offer is subject to consideration of the Acquisition Contract Model and Security Agreement attached to the Tender Solicitation and acceptance of all terms.
The goal of the acquisition is to enable Valtor to a modern and comprehensive network security solution as a SaaS service. The first objective of the acquisition is to introduce end-users' internet access protection and, at later stages, to expand the service with the user number ladder described in the price form and separately ordered services.
During 2021, Valtor's goal is to have 10,000 end users covered by the SASE service. During 2022 it is planned to increase the number of users to all users of the Tori business, approximately
40,000 end users.
Even after that, the number of users may increase to cover the entire area of use of the state government. The state government currently has about 80,000 end-users.
The more specific specifications for the acquisition are described in the Requirement Table. The contract does not include an obligation to purchase. The supplier does not have exclusive sales rights. The acquisition exceeds the EU threshold in value.
