1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. to 342 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 3,228.51 MWh, of which:
Zone I 2,018.34 MWh
Zone II 1,018.03 MWh
Zone III 192.14 MWh
2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
3.Settlement periods applied: Tariff group C2x — 1m-c; Tariff group C1x, G, R — 2m-ce

2. Details of the electricity consumption of each collection point are described in Annex No 1 to SWZ list of collection points.
3. The Contractor shall, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, be required to notify on behalf of his own and the Contractor (recipients) of the contracts to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules and to represent the Contractor (recipients) before the DSO - the process of changing the seller.
4.CPV code under which the subject of the contract is classified: 09300000-2 - Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear power, 09310000-5 — Electricity.
5. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with specified, according to
with applicable regulations, quality standards.
2) The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (as amended) and the Regulation Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 with amendments on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading.
6. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking advantage of Article 139 (1) Pzp, i.e. the possibility of making,
first, the examination and evaluation of tenders and the subsequent qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
7. As a result of the settlement of the procurement procedure, 7 contracts will be concluded.
8. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a security of proper performance of the contract, the Contractor shall provide 7 safeguards for the sound performance of the contract separately for each contract concluded with the Contracting Authority.
9. The Ordering Party requests to bring a defect in the amount of: 38.000,00 PLN.
10.For all PPE, the contracting party (recipients) have the status of consignee, so they are entitled to purchase energy from the seller of their choice /art.4j (1) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997/.
