1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical service services, consisting in the maintenance and ongoing repairs of xerographic devices constituting the equipment of cells and units of the Police of the Malopolska Province.

2. The Contractor shall provide services in the Malopolska Region. Transport costs should be included in the price of the service, as the Ordering Party will not incur additional fees in this respect.

3. Detailed specification of the number, types and places of use of photocopiers is included in Annex 2 to this Terms of Reference. Appendix 2 is also a price form.

4. Maintenance and repairs of photocopiers will be carried out depending on the needs of the Ordering Party and financial resources. The quantities of maintenance and repairs given in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference may not, in case of minor needs, be the basis for claims on the part of the Contractor. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at the level of 70% of the assumed maintenance and 70% of the assumed man-hours.

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical service (hereinafter referred to as the service), consisting in the maintenance and ongoing repairs of photocopying devices (hereinafter referred to as: photocopiers) constituting the equipment of cells and units of the Police of the Malopolska Province.

2. The Contractor shall provide services in the Malopolska Region. Transport costs should be included in the price of the service, as the Ordering Party will not incur additional fees in this respect.

4. Maintenance and repairs of photocopiers will be carried out depending on the needs of the Ordering Party and financial resources. 5. The service includes:

1) maintenance and service review in the field of adjustment, cleaning of elements and components such as: housing, keyboard, optics: including mirrors, lenses, lamp and exposure glass, all rolls, rollers, belts and interiors of the photocopier. The scope of maintenance also includes the deletion of the inspection counter. These operations should be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of the equipment;

2) replacement of all damaged or worn out parts of photocopiers;

3) calibration of photocopiers after replacement of components,

4) technical assistance in the field of servicing the devices covered by the service.

6. Parts necessary to perform repair or maintenance shall be provided by the Contractor.

7. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for parts, materials and services provided under the concluded contract for a period of 12 months, but not shorter than assumed by the manufacturer's warranty.

8. The Contractor shall guarantee that repairs will be carried out using original parts or replacements with the same parameters.

9. The service will be provided in the cells and units of the Police of the Malopolska Region on working days from Monday to Friday from 730 to 1500.

10. In special cases, the repair of the device may be carried out with the consent of the Ordering Party at the Contractor ("workshop repair"). In such a case, the device may be taken outside the Ordering Party's premises only on the basis of a material pass issued by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party.

11. The Ordering Party reserves the right to demand the return of the replaced parts or materials after replacement by the Contractor.

12. The Ordering Party informs that in addition to the parts listed in the price form (Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, point 3), it provides for the use of parts and materials for the amount of PLN 26,000.00 for the execution of the contract.
