From the Inserta Empleo Association, nationally, the professional services for the design and development of an innovative methodology for accreditation in the training of digital competencies are tendered, which allows a series of training programs with externally validated digital impact, and aligned with the labor market requirements.
The model must be validated and tested with trainers and people with disabilities, students of the training programs developed within the framework of the model.
The final result of the project being tendered is an innovative certification model in digital skills training, which allows greater job options based on the analysis of the tasks / micro-tasks of the jobs that mark current trends.
The actions that are considered fundamental to achieve the final result of the service object of this tender are those indicated below; which in their development will have as a common thread the certification:
a) Based on the analysis of the reality of the labor market, the key digital competencies and their required tasks / micro-tasks will be identified. With this information, seven training programs will be designed and developed that allow the acquisition of the competencies identified in "ad hoc" trained people.
This action includes the development of accessible content for each of the seven training programs, in such a way that they guarantee the achievement of the pedagogical objectives, through the methodologies and supports that are considered most appropriate;
b) creation and implementation of the innovative model for accreditation of digital skills.
The certification model (for the design of the programs) must necessarily include a follow-up phase, integrated into the certification tool, which serves to validate it.
Validation of the initially proposed programs must ensure that students achieve the intended learning outcomes for each of the programs.
The model must be validated by a recognized evaluation agency in the scope of the tender.
The program design certification model will have to be implemented and integrated into the certification tool. The validation of the design of the programs will focus on how learning results, content, training activities and evaluation systems are integrated in a way that leads to the confirmation, when this is the case, that the student has achieved the proposed training objectives. This validation will necessarily include an ex-ante phase and a subsequent follow-up;
c) testing and validation of the seven training programs in which six trainers and at least one hundred and twenty students of different profiles (people with disabilities) will participate, represented by Inserta Empleo in the following areas:
- Zone 1: Aragon, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Community of Madrid, Community of Navarra, Valencian Community, Balearic Islands, La Rioja, and Basque Country,
- Zone 2: Galicia, Principality of Asturias, and Autonomous City of Ceuta,
- Zone 3: Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Castilla-La Mancha, the Autonomous City of Melilla, and the Region of Murcia,
- zone 4: Extremadura.
The trainers and students participating in the project will be provided by Inserta Empleo, with representation in the areas mentioned above, based on the awarded project and the needs raised in it.
The trainers participating in the project must receive the necessary training from the successful supplier to participate in the program with full guarantees.
In the execution of the project, the awardee will guarantee the issuance and delivery of the certifications to each participant who exceeds the objectives of the training programs.
The proposals presented must have a marked innovative character in their approach, through the incorporation of approaches, content, methods, tools (...) that promote progress and change, adapted to current and future reality, and with possibilities scalability and transferability.
In turn, all technological developments and supports associated with the project must meet the accessibility requirements in accordance with the level of compliance established in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 that allows their accreditation in terms of accessibility.
