Sandnes, Stavanger and Randaberg municipalities and Stavanger kirkelige fellesråd, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, would like to use this competition to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of flowers for municipal flowerbeds. 

This includes both fixed annual procurements as well as continual needs. Most of the need is mapped during the autumn in the year prior to deliveries. The first order under this framework agreement will therefore be made in the autumn of 2022, for delivery in the spring of 2023.

In addition municipal and private units and institutions that are mainly financed by municipal operational support can enter into the agreement on the same terms as the contracting authority.

The agreement does not apply to delivery of cut flowers
