The subject of the order is the Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste arising on inhabited and non-inhabited properties in the territory of the City of Belchov - according to the Description of the Order Subject, which is annex No. 2 of the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements of the contracting authority for the execution of the contract are presented in the tender documentation as annexes to the SWZ.

The object of the order in accordance with the Item Description of the Order, as set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ is: 1.1. The provision of services of collection and development of municipal waste, arising on inhabited and non-inhabited properties, properties on which there is a holiday cottage or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of the City of Belchatov and in areas intended for public use to ensure adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. The provision of the above services is to comply with the provisions of: 1) the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 19) as amended by the regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 28 December 2018 (2) Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 797 as amended), 3) Resolution Nr XVI/116/19 of the Bełchatów City Council of 28 November 2019 on the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of Purity Maintenance and order on the territory of the City of Belchov (OJ. Woj. Łódzki, 2019, item 6770), 4) Resolution No XVI/117/19 of the Bełchatowo Municipal Council of 28 November 2019on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste, in exchange for paid by the owner of the property the charge for the management of municipal waste (Journal of Urz. Woj. Łódzki, 2019, item 6771). 1.2. Equipment of all property owners with containers and bags for the collection of municipal waste as part of the charge incurred for municipal waste management. Equipment of containers consists in putting into use for the duration of the contract in question and does not imply the transfer of ownership of the containers to either the Ordering Party or to the owners of the property. Establishment, operation and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the territory located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Belchov, owned by the Contractor or in respect of which the Contractor has the right to dispose and the development of selectively collected municipal waste.1.4. Organizing mobile collection of large-sized waste. The object of the Order is the collection of large-sized waste in single-family and multi-family buildings and on properties where there is a holiday cottage or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, consisting of passing and loading of waste according to the schedule and the operation of containers for expired medicines, bins for spent batteries and batteries, and the operation of the Municipal Electrical Waste Point (MPE) .1.5. Maintenance in proper sanitary, hygienic and technical condition of containers and sockets intended for segregation of municipal wastes.A detailed description of the object of the contract and the requirements of the contracting authority for the execution of the contract are presented in the tender documentation constituting Annexes to the SWZ.The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law of the PZP i.e.፦ The scope of services: the contract will consist of the repetition of similar services subject to this procedure, - Procurement volume: the total value of such contract is 15% of the value of the basic contract, - Conditions under which they will be awarded: the contract will be awarded e.g. in the event of termination/termination of the contract with the Contractor providing the waste collection service, exhausting the maximum amount allocated for the execution of the contract while maintaining the above. the allowable total value of the order.
