Complete management service of the activities and related procedural developments falling within the administrative sanctioning procedure (also concerning vehicles and / or foreign citizens) and the related and consequent administrative acts provided for by the Highway Code and other state, regional and municipal laws and regulations (hereinafter referred to as administrative violations), including data entry, verbal processing, notification via pec or printing, packaging, preparation for the mailing of documents as well as the reporting of the results of all notifications (including notifications) and payments (in any form), including the preparation phase of the acts aimed at compulsory collection (pre-role and role) and related ancillary services better described in these specifications that are not reserved for personnel performing traffic police tasks, by the Contracting Authority

The service concerns the notification by postal service, communications and service of judicial documents, or equivalent acts, relating to violations of the Highway Code and other state, regional and municipal laws and regulations of the Municipal Police Command of the Municipality of Cecina, in compliance with the requirements on the methods of execution of the service and on the quality standards punctually listed in Resolution no. 77/18 / CONS of AGCOM and subsequent additions, all available on the appropriate page on the website of the Authority for Communications Guarantees. The service also includes consignments with delivery in foreign territory. The service of notification by judicial document provides for the taking charge of the paper packages of the documents, according to the methods indicated and agreed with the S.A. The service provides for the execution of the notification of the package, the return of the results both in the form of paper originals and computer trace, with the methods and characteristics to be agreed with the S.A.; preparation of a suitable service for tracking the status of the documents, from taking charge to the return hesitated or not hesitated; production of reporting reports of the activity of the daily, monthly and annual treatment carried out.
