The present tender relates to total advice and technical building advice in relation to the New School in Valby South ('VALS'). The school is to be distributed across 3 wards, which become school divisions of a unified school with joint management and school district. The 2 existing schools - Lykkebo and Cherry Garden - are to be re- and built into basic wards for pupils in 0-5th grade, while a new ward on the Peat Gate will be training for grades 6 to 9th.
All 3 construction cases must be certified for DGNB gold. In addition, the projects for the basic schools need to work on circular economy, inter alia, in the process of demolition of existing buildings.
The school wards at Lykkebo and Cherry Garden will be in operation during construction and the focus will be on the fact that consideration should be shown in planning for the operation of the school and preservation of capacity in execution. The 3 construction cases are expected to be carried out one at a time with the Peat Gate as the first construction case.

All 3 locations:
Total consultancy on the overall overall plan (preliminary studies and ideas) for the New School in Valby South, as well as a building programme for the establishment of training at Torvegate and building programmes for the conversion of existing schools (Cherry Garden and Lykbo) into basic departments.
Superstructure (Peat Gate):
Total advice on new building of superstructure including food school, school residence hall, junior and youth club, and the disposal of total contract outfield areas, based on disposition proposals, including design management and ICT management:
- Peatgate, Peatgate 1, 2500 Valby, a total of about 15 700 m
The base schools (Cherry Garden and Lykkebo):
Total advice relating to existing schools including affected outside areas, including the establishment of food schools, KKFO and extracurricular club:
- Lykkebo School, Vigerslevvej 141, 2500 Valby, a total of about 4 000 m
- Cherry Havens School, Cherry Garden 25, 2500 Valby total about 4 000 m
After approved building programme, the developer decides for each of the 2 basic schools whether total advice should be done as described in Scenario 1 or Scenario 2:
- Scenario 1: Project management, ICT management, outline proposals, local plan, project proposals and tenders for total contract re-, for and new construction.
- Scenario 2: All phases from outline proposals up to 1-year overhauls, including design management, ICT management and the procurement of re-, for and new construction in main contracts, except for construction management.
Technical Builders Advisory:
Technical builder advice consists in the following:
- Superstructure (Torvegate):
Technical builders advice for new construction of training as from after the conclusion of the total-three-price contract up to and including 1-year review.
The base schools (Cherry Garden and Lykkebo):
- Where the developer decides that total advice at one or both basic schools should be provided as described in Scenario 1, the task shall also include technical builder advice in relation to the basic school (s) concerned as from after the conclusion of the total contract, including participation; in optimization round extended project review and up to and including 1-year review (s).
