The framework agreement will cover the Contracting Authority's need to be able to establish a new system for backup. Furthermore, the contracting authority has a need for maintenance of the delivered equipment after call-off contracts for procurements under the framework agreement have been held. The needs of the contracting authority may also consist of debugging, installation of software patches and software upgrades, as well as additional services in the form of consultancy services. The framework agreement and maintenance contract will cover these needs.
