Purpose of the services: collection and disposal of household waste by chip container.

The purpose of the service contract governed by this specification is to:

Ordinary collection of household waste (as defined in Title III, Article 1) by smart containers throughout the territory of the municipality of Donceel as well as their transport to the place of treatment, that is to say in the facilities of Intercommunale Intradel.

The collection will take place every week throughout the year.

The supply of smart containers to each dwelling as well as the storage and removal of waste from communal buildings.

Optionally with possible lifting during the market: during the collection of residual household waste, the separate collection of organic waste produced by households and defined in Title III art. 1B throughout the territory of the municipality of Donceel, as well as transport to the place of treatment, ie in the facilities of the intercommunal Intradel.

The company includes:

a) The collection of household waste mainly by smart containers every Thursday (or Saturday if a holiday);

(b) the use of specially adapted collection vehicles and all their accessories in accordance with the legislation in force;

(c) all charges of the personnel assigned to the driving of the vehicles;

(d) The costs of the staff assigned to the collection;

e) Transmission to the contracting authority of the individual data (see technical clauses).
