This contract concerns the launch of a framework agreement for the supply, transport, installation and maintenance of explosive trace detector equipment without a radioactive source, within the French Riviera Airports. The provision of transport, installation, commissioning and networking services for the equipment, as well as training in their use and maintenance, will be included in this contract.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING APPLICATIONS:
According to the documents requested above and in accordance with the above-mentioned provisions of the Public Procurement Code, only applications with sufficient technical – financial – professional guarantees will be selected.
Levels of human and technical capability must be linked and proportionate to the subject-matter of the contract.
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING THE TENDERS SUBMITTED BY THE SELECTED CANDIDATES:
The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the criteria detailed in the consultation letter sent to the selected candidates.
