Framework agreement for the delivery and installation of office furniture in the properties of the Stade district administration with a gross order volume of EUR 450,000 (maximum limit for the entire contract period)
Replacement or supplementary equipment is required in addition to the existing furniture stock during the contract period. As part of the contract to be concluded, these are to be equipped on demand with furniture primarily from the furniture ranges "Prisma 2, Crew T and Orga Plus" from the manufacturer PALMBERG.
The main products and services put out to tender include:
o Supply of office equipment on demand free of charge
o Assistance with spatial planning
o Contracting of the delivered furniture
o Setting up, aligning, assembling office equipment, including any necessary dowel work
o If necessary, instruction of the users
o Warranty incl. on-site service
o Removal and professional, environmentally friendly disposal of packaging
