The object of the order is the collection and transport of the specified in the description of the order of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the Municipality and the City of Raszków, within the meaning of the Act of 13.09.1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, d.) to the Transshipment Station in Good Hope, Gm. Pleszew, number of land records: 4/8 and 6/7, with the exception of kitchen bio-waste, which must be delivered directly to the Waste Management Department Sp. z o.o. in Jarocin — Wielkopolskie Recycling Centre, Witaszyczki 1A, 63-200 JAROCIN, in accordance with the provisions of the Purity Maintenance Regulations and order on the territory of the Municipality and the City of Raszków, as well as other rules of general and local law, from 1.01.2022 to 31.12.2022. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 8 to the SWZ.

The subject of the Order is:

Reception and transportation of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located on the territory of GiM Raszków.

The subject of the order shall include the collection of the following municipal waste, broken down by types of waste, which will be received from the owners of the inhabited property:

2.1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

2.2. municipal waste collected selectively by:

(a) paper and paperboard, including packaging of paper and cardboard,

(b) Plastic, including plastic packaging, multi-aerial packaging, metals,

(c) coloured and colourless glass,

(d) biodegradable waste — broken down into green and kitchen,

(e) ash and slag from domestic fireboxes,

(f) large-sized waste.

The subject of the contract shall include the collection of municipal waste selectively collected in the units listed in Annex 17 to SWZ: expired medicines.
