The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with an external partner regarding income division subsequent to exclusive rights for sale of digital advertisements on monitors in busses in the public transport in Troms County. The agreement will also involve the same rights for monitor advertisements onboard on ferries, fast boats and at passenger terminals operated by or on behalf of Troms fylkestrafikk- henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority.

It may also be possible to sell advertising spots/profiling inside buses (on windows) as well as information materials to travellers (e.g. as a part of the time schedule). The Awarding Authority may give exclusive rights to operate WIFI in the waiting rooms, buses, and vessels in service on behalf of the Awarding Authority. The WIFI shall be financed by commercials.

The external partner shall also sell advertising spots, commission, operate and provide maintenance of an electronic infotainment system for the public transport. It is a condition that the contracting party can deliver a complete multimedia system which includes all necessary agreements and rights in relation to round-the-clock news and information offer to our travellers
