SWEG Südwestdeutsche Landesverkehrs-GmbH (SWEG for short, hereinafter also referred to as the vergabestelle) is a transport company with state participation and, together with subsidiaries, operates regular bus services in the urban and intercity area (ÖPNV) as well as local rail passenger transport (SPNV) in numerous regions of Baden-Württemberg.

For the upcoming general overhaul/revision of the Powerpacks of the LINT54 vehicle fleet, SWEG intends to conclude a framework agreement. The contractor must have the technical knowledge to do so and be able to provide the service in accordance with the specifications on the basis of his experience.

The subject of the tender is the carrying out of general overhauls of power packs / diesel engines in accordance with the specifications (Part C_Anlage 1). This includes the dismantling and assembly of the Powerpacks to expose the drive diesel and its overhaul as well as the repair or replacement of defined components. In principle, three Powerpacks (1 vehicle) must be overhauled at the same time.

The services are specified in more detail in the respective individual contracts.

The contracting authority reserves the right to change the requirements in the further course of the award procedure as well as in subsequent individual calls.
