The district of Emsland calls for tenders for the recycling of green waste from the District of Emsland in an EU-wide negotiation procedure with a preceding participation competition in three lots.

Essential service contents are the transfer of the performance-related green waste quantities at the central landfill Dörpen (lot 1 - north), at the central landfill Wesuwe (lot 2 - center) or at the central landfill Venneberg (lot 3 - south), the shredding of the mixed fraction, if necessary the sieving of the shredded mixed fraction for the separation of woody green waste and the composting of the performance-related green waste from the district of Emsland (incl. marketing of the compost as well as Recycling/disposal of all output fractions).

Non-binding quantity forecast:

Utilization of 1,500 Mg/a fine fraction,

Utilization of 8,500 Mg/a mixed fraction,

In addition, shredding of a further 3,500 Mg/a mixed fraction.

Utilization of 12,000 Mg/a mixed fraction

Utilization of 1,200 Mg/a fine fraction,
