The delivery will comprise assistance in the implementation of both renovation and conversion projects and new construction. Therefore we are requesting personnel who have the necessary competence for both the implementation of the planning phase and a ‘Builder's Ombudsman’ who shall protect our interests in the building matter to the home owners and finally also in the commissioning phase after the building acquisition.
The person concerned shall enter the project group which shall:
— Implement preliminary engineering design services and budgeting,
— Quality assure directive documents between the house owner and the Contracting Authority. Hereunder, focus on lease agreements and choice of operational form, financing and duration of lease period etc.,
— Ensure communication with employees and their representatives in the user group and the employee representatives in the work group,
— Construction related follow up and quality assurance in the construction period / reconstruction period in regard to ensuring requirements for inside climate, ventilation, dust etc.,
— Designing of office solutions based on guidelines ‘Office solutions in The Norwegian Public Roads Administration of 2011’, and the agency's recommendations incorporated into The Norwegian Public Roads Administration's efficiency improvement programme.
