The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide the following services necessary for the implementation and operation of the Geoplatform:

— design and implementation of the geoplatform base;

— development and integration of geographic services and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI);

— operation of the entire Geoplatform;

— third-party application maintenance;

- reversibility.

The proceeding is also aimed at concluding subsequent contract No. 1 for the construction of the technical base entitled 'Technical Operating Base'. This subsequent contract includes a Potential Supplementary Benefit (PES) for the construction of a software plant.
