Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH (WBM) is planning the construction of a new residential building in Berlin's Friedrichshain district. 33 apartments are to be built, of which 17 apartments will receive subsidies under the housing promotion regulations.
Planners commissioned by WBM provided the object planning for buildings and outdoor facilities as well as the specialist planning for the supporting structure and technical building equipment in the work phases 1 to 4 (planner A) in accordance with HOAI 2013.
The contractor (contractor) is to provide - tailored to the existing preliminary services and the GC award currently in the procurement procedure - in particular services of performance phase 8 (based on the service phases of the HOAI).
This includes:
- Plan controlling of the existing approval planning, as well as review and acknowledgement of the complete procurement documents GÜ (FLB for individual retrieval together with attachments) and the framework agreement serial and modular construction of the GdW Federal Association of German Housing and Real Estate Companies e. V. (in particular framework agreement and FLB).
- Plan controlling of the execution planning to be prepared by the GC, if necessary also for planning changes for a structural permit with regard to conformity with the procurement documents, the requirements from the building permit and the FLB to the framework agreement. The content and editorial responsibility for the planning and coordination of work phase 8 and any necessary planning changes in work phases 3 and 4 are the responsibility of the GÜ.
- Site supervision during construction in the sense of quality assurance
