The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the area of Dz. ew. 485/18 Kończyce Małe, commune of Zebrzydowice, Dz. ew. 1323/4 Pruchna, Stream commune.

Strumień.The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ,

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Descriptions of activity codes and a description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forestry works are included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be: Dz. ew. 485/18 Kończyce Małe, commune Zebrzydowice and Dz. ew. 1323/4 Pruchna, commune Strumień- plots of PKP PLK.

Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing corrections as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing corrections do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and decreasing adjustments do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the contract in the course of performing the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract.

In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from sourcing in the machinery system (logging of timber at cutting positions where the use of multi-operating machinery is not acceptable) in particularly justified cases, such as changes in the conditions for which the above operations have been established, the Ordering Party permits a change in logging technology. The rationale shall be provided to the Contractor each time.
