Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for the following assignments:

Project Hønefoss nursing home - Project Manager Construction. 

Project management services will be purchased for the engineering design and implementation of the construction of a new Hønefoss nursing home. Hønefoss nursing home is located in the centre of Hønefoss. The project will be realised as a collaborative contract following the completion of a draft project. The project manager will work closely with Ringerike Municipality's project manager. 

The assignment is to be the contracting authority's project manager for the new Hønefoss nursing home construction project. The offered resource must have good experience with public construction projects and preferably experience from healthcare building projects of similar complexity. The new Hønefoss nursing home is planned to be built of timber. It is preferable that the offered resource is well acquainted with the role of builder for large and complex projects and has managed projects with collaboration models/contracts.

The workplace will be Hønefoss. Travelling to Hønefoss nursing home must be expected. During the busiest periods, this will be up to two or three days per week.

The following is the tentative progress of the project:

- Draft project: September - November 2023

- User process: June 2023 - ongoing

- Engineering design/preliminary project: mid-January 2024 - June 2024

- Construction phase: September 2024 – December 2026 

The contractual relationship is governed by NS 8402 General contract provisions for consultancy assignments remunerated by time spent, based on a continuously updated fee budget to be clarified with the Project Manager.
