The purpose of this contract is the identification of the entity implementing the Siproimi project management service for the reception of international protection holders and for non-foreign minors accompanied, with the procedures and conditions established in the special tender specifications approved with determination to contract by the manager of the V sector n. 5538 of 16.12.2020 and subsequent determination no. 2471 of 4.5.2021.

The purpose of the contract is the identification of the entity implementing the Siproimi project management service, refinanced by D.M. dated 10.8.2020 of the Ministry of the Interior Department for Civil Liberties and the immigration. The alleged amount of custody will be EUR 1 208 000.00, including VAT, for a total of 43 people welcomed.

The implementation of the project is subject to the provision of the contribution by the Ministry of the Interior. It is therefore understood that, in case of non-payment of the contribution, the municipal administration may revoke both the tender procedure and the custody and, in this case, the participating company will not be able to advance no claim against the administration itself.
