The Client is looking for Contractors, who are able to further develop the preliminary design of the new educational facility and gymnasium on the basis of a construction team assignment. The work related to the further co-design and realization of these facilities of the 'New Construction King'

David school and gymnasium Kazerneterrein Ede' will include:

▪ Architectural work incl. grounds of education building and gymnasium (lot 1), incl. preparing land for construction;

▪ Electrical work on the educational building and gymnasium (lot 2);

▪ Mechanical engineering work education building and gymnasium (lot 2);

▪ Civil site works public space near the education building and the gymnasium (lot 1);

▪ Coordination of the construction work by the construction contractor (lot 1);

▪ The (co-)design of one design of the entire new educational building and gymnasium in the construction team, after which it must be realized (plots 1 and 2).
