The objective of the tender invitation is to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of Oracle database licences. The Awarding Authority requests a tenderer with good capacity and ability to provide Oracle licences. The procurement shall be in accordance with the best price principle, suitable licences in relation to requirements and in a cost-effective manner. The tenderer must document knowledge and cooperation with Oracle, as well as good quality assurance systems for management of the entire process regarding ordering and delivering Oracle licences.
