On 25 May the municipal council in Sandefjord Municipality decided in case 054/23:

- Sandefjord Municipality will start a process to sell 100 percent of the shares in Sandefjord Bredbånd AS.

- The buyer will be required to continue a service and operations office in Sandefjord for five years with the equivalent staffing and service level.

Sandefjord Municipality ('the Owner') is looking for financial advice, including legal advice for the sales process of Sandefjord Bredbånd AS ('the Company'). The assignment thus covers consultancy and work in all relevant phases of the sales process; such as

- Preparations

- Marketing and preparation of marketing material

- Facilitating a computer room*

- Searching for and meeting possible interested parties

- Managing the bidding process

- Participation in negotiations

- Preparation of necessary contracts 'purchase of shares contract/system of agreements'**

- Execution

* Description of the system that will be used and how this deals with enquiries/questions about the company's administration, so that they can be answered in an efficient way.

** The tender must clearly state the consultant's role in the sales process, with the main emphasis on the preparation of the 'purchase of shares contract/system of agreements'.

It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has Norwegian as their working language in communication with the owner and company.
