The new daycare centre is to be built in Brieselang/OT Zeestow on Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße. The property is owned by the municipality of Brieselang, is situated within a development area and is undeveloped. A development plan is in place and is part of the procurement documents.

The new construction of the kindergarten is to be built in solid construction for about 100 children, including outdoor facilities.

The building is to be built as a two-storey solid construction. The previous planning provides for a GFA of 746.5 m 2 on the ground floor and first floor. The age groups U3 should be cared for on the ground floor in 4 groups of 10 children each (40 children in total). The over 3 children, 64 children, should be accommodated on the upper floor in 2 groups of 15 children and 2 groups of 17 children. According to the planning, the gross floor area amounts to a total of 1,493 m 2 . The outdoor play area has a size of 1,462 m 2 what the legal requirements according to the Bbg Kita-Gesetz of at least 10 m 2 per child.

According to the current state of planning, the eight necessary parking spaces are to be realized on a neighboring property or in the street area.

Due to the soil conditions, which are determined in detail from the building site report of the BauLab testing centre in Brandenburg on 7 September 2018 (Appendix 2), the groundwater level is 50-60 cm below the ground surface. This is likely to make it difficult to infiltrate the entire rainwater on the property. In addition, the expert report states that there is a Z2 floor on the property and therefore a partial replacement of the soil will be necessary.
