1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the recording of land and buildings of Ochotnica Górna and Tylmanowa as part of the project entitled "E-services in spatial information in the Nowotarski Poviat". The purpose of the work is to modernize the land and building registry frame in accordance with art. 24a of the Act of 17.5.1989 Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Journal of Laws 2101/2017). Modernization works are aimed at adapting the existing registration data to the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of 29.3.2001 regarding the registration of land and buildings (i.e. full range of registration data sets in accordance with the requirements of the above Regulation. All work will be carried out in accordance with the technical conditions attached to this contract.

2. The subject of the order was divided into 2 lots.

The subject of the contract are services for the modernization of the land and buildings registry of the Ochotnica Górna precinct under the project entitled "E-services in spatial information in the Nowotarski Poviat". The purpose of the work is to modernize the land and building registry frame in accordance with art. 24a of the Act of 17.5.1989 Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Journal of Laws 2101/2017). 1.1. Acquiring digital data and geodetic and legal documentation from the Department of Geodesy, Cadastre and Cartography of the Poviat Eldership in Nowy Targ and analysis of the possibilities and scope of their use in modernization works.

1.2. Verification and supplementation of the existing database of land and building records based on the results of the analyzes carried out.

1.3. Field verification and updating the database of land and buildings records.

1.4. Supplementing the registration database with information about buildings and premises.

1.5. Completing and submitting to the Employer a draft sampling plan of land and buildings records for inspection before its display to the public.

1.6. Control by the Employer of the draft inventory report.

1.7. Preparation and presentation for the public of the draft descriptive and cartographic survey of records in accordance with applicable regulations and consideration of comments submitted by the parties.

1.8. Implementation of modernized registration data to the database of the information system of the Poviat Eldership in Nowy Targ.

1.9. Completing and handing over to the Employer a survey of land and buildings records for final inspection.

1.10. Final inspection by the Employer of the land and buildings registry.
