The joint municipal authority of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland is looking for framework agreement partners for construction and supervision tasks.
The procurement covers the construction tasks of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland mainly related to hospital renovation and new construction projects, construction supervision tasks, HVAC work supervision tasks and electrical work supervision tasks for the period 1.3.2023 (target) –1.3.2025.
The acquisition is divided into sections:
-rakennuttajakonsultti
-construction supervisor
-HVAC supervisor
-supervisor of electrical work
The procurement is divided into parts as listed above. For each entity, a contract is concluded with a minimum of three (3), unless there are fewer acceptable offers and no more than five (5) suppliers. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, several or all aspects of the consultancy and supervision service.
