Delivery shall be offered under the Procurement Act Act No 1564 of 15/12/2015 and the rules herein relating to the purchase of goods in public tender. The tender shall be made as public tender pursuant to the Tender Act §56-57.

The Offer shall be attached to the last 3 years accounting figures indicating annual turnover and solvency. At least 5 references shall be attached for the supply of sludge suckers corresponding to this purchase. References must have been delivered within the past 5 years. When assessing, deliveries to Danish customers will be positively weighted. Attached to the offer and named as Annex A

Since Sønderborg Spildevandsforsyning A/S has decided that the most economically advantageous offer is chosen (requiring a number of subsequent assessments), there will be no tendering where prices are read out.
