NAV Møre og Romsdal would like to procure the labour market measure Follow-Up for persons who need more comprehensive follow-up assistance than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer. The follow-up will give assistance with the goal being that participants obtain and/or keep paid work. The goal is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitate work at the workplace, in order to facilitate a transition to employment and ensure that jobs are kept.
