The CPAS of Verviers manages three nursing homes (505 beds) and two children's homes (30 beds). It also provides on average 100 meals at home per day. Each site has its own kitchen.

This contract is aimed at the supply of dairy products (milk, butter, margarine, cream, egg, yogurt and dairy desserts) and cheeses (in portions, in blocks and grated) for these various sites.

No merchandise that does not correspond to these categories will be supplied.

In describing the technical requirements, the contracting authority may use the brand name. These are only given as an example. The tenderer is entitled to submit a tender containing equivalent products.

The quantities mentioned in these specifications are indicative. The supplier will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities were subsequently modified according to the occupancy rate and needs.

A product will be deemed non-compliant if the expiration date is too close to the delivery date.

The offer must include a minimum of 85% of products represented in the bill of quantities. Any offer where the total of the products offered does not represent at least 85% of the products requested will be eliminated.
