The renovation of Tampere Lyceum Upper Secondary School is a shared contract. The facades and yard will be renovated, windows will be renewed, the lower and intermediate floors will be opened/renewed and all building services will be renewed. New space is being built under the west wing and the floor of the east wing is being lowered. The retaining wall of the yard will be renovated or repaired.

After the expansion, the floor area is 6219 km2, the total area is 6868 m2 and the yard building is 52 m2.

Volume 27061 m3, courtyard building 154 m3.
