The current Agreement for the provision of auditors ends on 31 December 2023. Both municipalities therefore want to enter into a new Agreement with one auditor for both municipalities for a period as mentioned in section 1.6.
The Contracting Authority is looking for an auditor to carry out the statutory audit of both municipal annual accounts. In addition, the Contracting Authority requests that the Candidate, based on an expert opinion, (un)requested advice on the control of processes and risks associated with the execution of the municipal work. In the advisory function, the accountant focuses on the municipal councils, the colleges and the civil service. In doing so, the tenderer must take into account the independence of both municipalities and the need for municipality-specific information and findings.
Accountancy services for the municipalities of Aalsmeer and AmstelveenThe revenue forecast:
- € 200,000 to € 250,000 per year for the municipality of Amstelveen
- € 110,000 per year for the municipality of Aalsmeer
