This contract is launched in the form of an open call for tenders procedure in application of the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. It relates to the provision of insurance services divided into five lots.

Damage to property and related risks for the following establishments: the Portes de Provence hospital group in Montélimar, the Southern Ardèche hospital center in Aubenas and the Vals d'Ardèche hospital center in Privas.

- Vallon-Pont-d'Arc hospital;

- the Center hospitalier des Cévennes ardéchoise (Valgorge, Chambonas, Joyeuse);

- Rocher-Largentière hospital;

- Buis-les-Baronnies hospital; and

- Nyons hospital.
